What Are the Differences Between the Three?!

At Alifa Wong Beauty & Bridal, the most common question we hear about our nail services is,

"What is the differences between the gels???"

So, let us explain to all of your curious souls out there what the differences are between the three types of Gel Polish we offer at our beauty lounge. 

CND Shellac

Technically, Shellac is not a "Gel Polish". Shellac is considered to be a "power polish" that lasts up to two weeks without chipping. The nail color cures with a UV lamp, dries immediately, and removes with no damage to the nail. 

  Gelish Gel Polish

"Gelish® Soak-Off Gel Polish applies like polish and cures in a LED lamp in 30 seconds, or 2 minutes in traditional UV lamps. Gelish stays on nails for up to 3 weeks with no chipping or peeling, and soaks completely off in only 10 - 15 minutes."

Gelish Gel Polish is a domestic hybrid gel polish that lasts up to three weeks with no chipping or peeling and can be cured in an LED lamp. Removal requires a complete soak off for about 15 minutes

Presto Gel
